Ingrédients
Blood orange ambient puree – 12cl
Fennel seed infused vodka* – 3,5cl
Lemon ambient puree – 1cl
Worcestershire sauce – 1cl
Tabasco – 1 dash
Pepper – 1 pinch
Salt – 1 pinch
Pour all the ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and roll the mixture between two shakers several times to chill.
Strain over ice.

Vodka – 50cl
Fennel seeds – 5g
Crush the fennel seeds to release their aromas.
Mix the ingredients in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Let infuse overnight in the fridge.
Strain and store in a cool place.
