Making the recipe

  • Ingrédients

    Ambiant puree without added sugar Raspberry – 25ml
    London Dry Gin – 30ml
    Dry Vermouth – 20ml
    Crème de Framboise – 20ml
    Lemon Juice – 20ml
    Sugar Syrup – 20ml
    Egg White – 1x

    Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake
    vigorously.
    Add cubed ice to the shaker and shake vigorously again.
    Strain using a fine mesh strainer into a coupette.
    Garnish with de-hydrated raspberry powder.
